Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your mug, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment information, and confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@mugglys.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every mug is made fresh after you order, production begins quickly — typically within 2–4 hours. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us immediately at support@mugglys.com with your order number. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before production begins. Contact us immediately at support@mugglys.com with your order number and the correct address. Once production starts, the address is locked in. Always double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes get filtered. If it's not there, contact us at support@mugglys.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will confirm your order status. We recommend adding hello@mugglys.com to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.
Can I order in bulk for a team or event?
Yes — we can accommodate bulk orders for offices, events, and team gifts. Contact us at support@mugglys.com with your requirements (design, quantity, delivery date) and we will put together a quote. Bulk orders may qualify for a discount depending on quantity.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every order goes through a production phase first (2–5 business days) before shipping. After that, estimated transit times are:
- USA Standard: 5–10 business days
- USA Express: 2–4 business days
- USA Priority: 1–3 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & NZ: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Your total delivery window is production time plus transit time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping applies automatically on all US orders of $35 or more. No coupon code needed. Orders under $35 ship for $4.99 via standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and more. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at support@mugglys.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For US domestic orders, no customs fees apply. For international orders, your local customs authority may charge duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Mugglys has no control over customs charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via standard shipping. Express and priority shipping to PO Boxes may not be available with all carriers.
What carriers do you use?
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days — is something wrong?
Tracking updates can sometimes stall, especially during transit between carrier facilities or when crossing international borders. Allow up to 5 business days before raising a concern. If there has been no movement beyond 5 business days, contact us at support@mugglys.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every mug is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we fully cover any order that arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item. In those cases we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
My mug arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that — that's not the experience we want you to have. Email us at support@mugglys.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
I received the wrong mug — what happens now?
That's entirely our mistake and we will fix it right away. Email us at support@mugglys.com with your order number and a photo of the mug you received. We will get the correct one into production immediately or issue a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days for credit and debit cards, and 3–5 business days for PayPal. The refund appears on your original payment method. Timelines are set by your bank and are outside our control. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank before contacting us.
Do I need to send the mug back?
No — we never ask customers to return damaged or defective items. Simply send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we will take it from there.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Because every Mugglys mug is made specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. If you have any doubts before ordering — about the design, size, or color — please contact us first and we will help you choose the right mug before you buy.
Mug Questions
What sizes do your mugs come in?
Our mugs are available in two sizes:
- 11oz — the standard size, ideal for a regular cup of coffee or tea.
- 15oz — the larger size, great for big coffee drinkers or anyone who needs a little extra in the morning.
Not sure which to choose? The 15oz is our most popular option.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes — all Mugglys mugs are dishwasher safe. For maximum longevity of the print, we recommend placing the mug on the top rack and avoiding harsh dishwasher detergents or very high heat settings. Hand washing is always a safe option if you want to keep the design looking sharp for longer.
Are your mugs microwave safe?
Yes, our ceramic mugs are microwave safe. The exception is any mug with metallic or foil accents in the design — these should not be microwaved. If you are unsure about a specific design, check the product page or contact us before purchase.
What material are the mugs made from?
All Mugglys mugs are made from high-quality ceramic with a durable glaze finish. They are substantial in the hand — not cheap or flimsy — with a comfortable C-handle and a smooth interior. The print is applied using a heat-transfer process that bonds to the surface for long-lasting color that won't fade or peel with normal use.
Will the colors on my mug match exactly what I see on screen?
Screens (especially phones) display colors more vividly than printed products. There may be a slight variation between what you see on your screen and the finished mug — this is normal and is not considered a defect. If you have a specific color concern before ordering, feel free to contact us and we can give you a better idea of how the design prints in person.
Do you offer custom or personalized mugs?
Not currently as a standard option at checkout — but we do handle custom orders for bulk purchases or special occasions. Contact us at support@mugglys.com with your idea, quantity needed, and any design references, and we will let you know what we can do.
How is each mug made?
Every Mugglys mug is made fresh to order. When you place an order, the design is printed onto a high-quality ceramic mug using a dye-sublimation process that fuses the ink permanently into the surface. Each mug is then quality-checked before being packed and shipped directly to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your mug is made specifically for you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
When will I be charged?
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. You will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Yes — we run regular promotions and offer a 10% discount to new subscribers who sign up to our email list. Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order. Sign up at the bottom of our homepage to get your welcome discount.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, apply the one with the highest value for the best saving.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices on Mugglys.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the US, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate. Any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
Gifting
Can I send a Mugglys mug directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely — just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. The order will be shipped directly to them. We do not include any pricing information inside the package, so it arrives as a clean gift.
Do you include a gift message?
We are working on adding a gift message option to checkout. In the meantime, if you would like a message included with your gift order, add a note in the order comments field at checkout or email us at support@mugglys.com right after ordering and we will do our best to include it.
Is there gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping is not currently available, but all orders are packed neatly and securely. The packaging is clean and presentable — no stray packaging materials or clutter inside the box.
When should I order to ensure a gift arrives in time?
Allow for the full production time (2–5 business days) plus the transit time for your chosen shipping method. For US orders, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before you need the gift in hand. For peak periods like Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, order even earlier — see our Shipping Policy for specific holiday deadlines.
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes — we have a curated range of gift sets including our popular Chaos Couple Set (two mugs, one for each half of a chaotic duo) and other paired collections. Browse the Gift Sets category in our shop for all available options.
Can I ship to multiple addresses for bulk gift orders?
Each order ships to a single address. If you need to send mugs to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each address. For large corporate or event gift orders, contact us at support@mugglys.com and we can discuss options.
