Every mug is made fresh specifically for you after you place your order. We don't keep products sitting in a warehouse — your mug is crafted, quality-checked, and shipped directly to your door. That's why every sip feels a little more personal.

How Our Shipping Works

At Mugglys, every order is made to order. When you place an order, your mug is individually produced at facilities located across the United States and internationally. Once production is complete, your order is packed and shipped directly to you.

This process means you receive a freshly made product every time — no sitting in a warehouse, no mass-produced batches. Just your mug, made for you.

What happens after you order
  1. Order confirmed — you receive an email confirmation immediately.
  2. Production begins — your mug enters the production queue within 24 hours.
  3. Quality check — every mug is inspected before packing.
  4. Shipped — you receive a tracking number via email.
  5. Delivered — your mug arrives at your door.
Production

Production & Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This production window covers the time needed to print, inspect, and prepare your mug for dispatch.

Production time does not include shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is production time plus the shipping time for your selected method.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter the production queue on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email.

  • Check your email: Your shipping confirmation contains your tracking number and carrier link.
  • No update after 24 hours? Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
  • Still nothing after 48 hours? Contact us at support@mugglys.com and we will investigate.
  • Not in inbox? Check your spam folder and add hello@mugglys.com to your contacts.

Late or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from your shipping date, please contact us:

  • USA orders: Contact us if not received within 20 business days of shipping confirmation.
  • Canadian orders: Contact us if not received within 30 business days of shipping confirmation.
  • International orders: Contact us if not received within 40 business days of shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mugglys is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — if production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your address.

Once an order enters production, address changes can no longer be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mug arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, check around your property and with neighbors first. If still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, contact us and we will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

During peak seasons we strongly recommend placing orders early. Production and carrier networks experience higher volumes and delays are more likely.

Recommended order deadlines (USA)
  • Christmas: Order by December 10th for standard shipping
  • Christmas: Order by December 17th for express shipping
  • Valentine's Day: Order by February 5th for standard shipping
  • Mother's Day: Order by the first week of May for standard shipping
  • International orders should be placed 2–3 weeks earlier than the above dates.
These dates are estimates. For greater certainty, select express or priority shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update your address. Contact us immediately at support@mugglys.com with your order number and the correct address. Once production begins, address changes are no longer possible.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via standard shipping. Express and priority shipping to PO Boxes may not be available with all carriers.

Do you offer same-day or next-day shipping?

We do not currently offer same-day shipping. Our fastest option is Priority Shipping which delivers within 1–3 business days after production completes. Production takes an additional 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For US domestic orders, no customs fees apply. For international orders, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes, or import fees. These vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — what should I do?

Tracking can stall during transit between facilities or crossing international borders. If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@mugglys.com and we will investigate.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Each order ships to a single address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

What carriers do you use?

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
