To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your order number starts with # and can be found in your order confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or contact us and we will look it up for you.
What Each Status Means
Pending Payment Your order is awaiting payment confirmation. If you completed payment, this usually resolves within a few minutes.
Processing Payment confirmed. Your order is in the queue and production is about to begin. This is a great sign — your mug's life has officially started.
In Production Your mug is being printed, cured, and quality-checked. This takes 2–5 business days. Sit tight — good things take a little time.
Shipped Your mug has left the building. You should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click it to follow your mug in real time.
Completed / Delivered Your mug has arrived. Time to fill it up with something good. If you haven't received it despite this status, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first.
On Hold / Problem There may be an issue with your order — usually an address problem or a payment query. Check your email for a message from us or contact our team straight away.

Common Tracking Questions

My tracking number isn't working yet

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. Give it a little time and try again. If it's still not working after 48 hours, contact us.

My tracking hasn't moved in several days

Tracking can stall during transit between carrier facilities, especially for international orders crossing borders. Allow 5 business days before raising a concern. After that, let us know and we'll investigate.

It says delivered but I haven't received it

First check around your property, with neighbors, and your building's mailroom — packages are often left in unexpected spots. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll file a claim.

I didn't get a shipping confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it and confirm your tracking details.

How long does production take?

Every Mugglys mug is made fresh to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Address changes are only possible before production begins — typically within 2–4 hours of your order. Contact us immediately with your order number if you need to update it.
